Is Marijuana a Medicine?
Bills Hicks, an American satirist once questioned “Why is marijuana against the law? It grows naturally upon our planet. Doesn't the idea of making nature against the law seem to you a bit ... unnatural?”
As per survey, other than users, about 52% of human races are in favor of legalizing Marijuana while remaining percentage strongly shake their head left and right, directing big NO to this plant on the earth.Marijuana also known by its different slang names as ganja, weed, herb, Mary Jane, Texas Tea, pot, grass is an illegal drug. But, bunch of people out there think that Marijuana is Medicine and it should be legalized.
People often have a concept that overdosing of weed can kill them, but what if they figure out that weed cannot be overdosed. It is impossible to smoke too much.A man who stays awake whole night, not because he is a night security guard but just because he cannot sleep all night if knows that weed can be a useful sleep aid, and starts using it. Is there any fault in this? At least this plant is helping this living soul to get a bit of shut-eyes at night. On top of that, when marijuana is acting as medical to so many people, isn't it safe? A Discovery Health article has printed that marijuana has been extremely successful in relieving nausea, a good news for cancer patients suffering from nausea as a side effect of chemotherapy.The plant has also helped numbers of HIV/AIDS patients who have been losing their appetite. Besides, few researches has concluded that marijuana prods creativity in brain. While using marijuana, they improve their verbal-fluency and are more imaginative, more expressive.
As Shakespeare said, “There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.”, just like that, marijuana can be termed neither wholly good nor bad. When people are okay with cigarettes and alcohol, why marijuana is an issue?An individual is responsible for his life; make it or break it, but he has to always live it.

I want to emphasize that I am not speaking against or in favor of smoking marijuana, I am only presenting the real facts. The list of celebrities that smoke weed contains politicians, Supreme Court justices and lots of entertainers.

ReplyDeleteIs it a medicine? Of course it's a medicine. People are already using it as medicine, it's already been proven. I don't know how anyone could still ask this question.
